Tyoka Jackson

Born November 22, 1971 in Washington, D.C. Tyoka graduated from Bishop McNamara High School in 1989. He graduated from Penn State University in 1994 with a B. A. in Labor and Industrial Relations with a minor in Business Administration. Tyoka played DE/DT in the National Football League for 12 seasons playing for the Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, St. Louis Rams and Detroit Lions respectively. Tyoka now retired from the NFL over sees all aspects of JIC's operations and those of its affiliates.

Clarence H. Jackson, III

Born September 28, 1963 in Washington, D.C. Clarence III graduated from Bladensburg High School. He also attended Coppin State College in Baltimore, MD from 1982 – 1984. Clarence III is now a Master Patrol Officer with the Metropolitan Police Department’s 7th District in Washington, D.C. He has been a D.C. police officer in SE Washington for over 20 years. Clarence III oversees all construction and development projects for JIC and its affiliates.

Clarence H. Jackson, Jr.

Born October 25, 1942 in SE Washington, DC. Clarence attended Phelps Senior High School. in January of 1980 Mr. Jackson completed a 3rd class steam engineering course at the National Association of Power Engineers (N.O.P.E.) and May 20th, 1980 received his official 3rd class steam engineering licence. He is a retired Army Sergeant and D.C. Public Library System Supervisor. He worked at the D.C. Library for over 30 years. His military service stretched over 30 years as well and included a tour in the first Gulf War. Clarence Jr. supervises property management operations from JIC headquarters.
